These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Money Glow Up mobile app (“the App”), provided by Thuemmler AI GmbH (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Money Glow Up is a gamified financial-education app. It provides bite-sized lessons, quizzes, streaks, achievements, and an optional personal savings tracker where the amounts are numbers you enter yourself. The App has no bank connection and does not access, move, or manage any real money or financial account.
All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is generic and does not take into account your personal circumstances. We are not a bank, broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and their outcomes.
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. There is no sign-up with email or password; your progress is tied to an anonymous device identifier. You are responsible for the activity that happens on your device and for choosing an appropriate username and display name.
Auto-renewing subscriptions.
Money Glow Up Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example, monthly or annual) purchased through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
7-day free trial. Where an annual plan is offered with a 7-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid annual subscription and your Apple ID is charged the stated price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Lifetime purchase. Money Glow Up Pro may also be offered as a one-time “lifetime” purchase. This is a single, non-recurring payment that unlocks Pro features for the App; it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its standard policies; please contact Apple Support for billing and refund matters.
The App includes virtual items such as XP, gems, energy, mystery boxes, and cosmetics. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. We may adjust, manage, or discontinue virtual items and game mechanics at any time.

The App and its content, characters, and branding are owned by Thuemmler AI GmbH and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its content.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that educational content is complete or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thuemmler AI GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial losses or decisions arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for intent or gross negligence, injury to life or health, or under mandatory statutory provisions).
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted, indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
