Mo: Posture & Back Pain Relief

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These terms apply to the app "Mo: Posture & Back Pain Relief" provided by Thümmler AI GmbH, Leonardo-da-Vinci-Straße 15, 14467 Potsdam, Germany. On iPhone, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. On Android, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Not medical advice

The app offers general wellness exercises and information. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition and does not replace a doctor or physical therapist. Stop an exercise if it causes pain and seek medical help if pain worsens or you notice numbness, weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, fever, or pain after an accident.

Mo Pro subscriptions

Ask Mo (AI chat)

Ask Mo is part of Mo Pro on iPhone; the Android version does not include Ask Mo. Replies are generated automatically by an AI model and can be incomplete or wrong. They are general wellness information, not medical advice, and no human reviews them before you see them. Do not share names, contact details or other information you do not want processed. Ask Mo has a fair-use limit on daily messages, which the app shows to you.

Energy, leaves, XP and other in-app progress

Energy, leaves, XP, streaks, levels, quests and achievements are game elements that keep you motivated. They cannot be bought with money, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or paid out, and are not a credit balance. We may adjust how they are earned or spent, for example to keep the game fair. Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the app.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android). Your statutory right of withdrawal and any refund are handled by them under their terms; on iPhone you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through Google Play (play.google.com, Order history, or the Google Play Help Center). If you start using Mo Pro during the withdrawal period, you agree that the service begins immediately.

Acceptable use

Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not reverse engineer or misuse the app.

Your responsibility and exercise risk

Physical exercise always carries some risk of discomfort, strain or injury, even when done correctly. You use the app and do every exercise voluntarily, at your own pace and at your own risk. Before you start, and especially if you have pain, a recent injury, surgery, osteoporosis, a heart condition, are pregnant or are unsure whether an exercise suits you, ask a doctor or physical therapist. You are responsible for choosing a safe space, for doing only movements you can do comfortably, and for stopping immediately if something hurts, feels wrong or you feel dizzy. Do not use the app while driving or in any situation where a movement could put you or others at risk.

The exercises, scores, posture scans, AI answers and progress figures are general information and estimates. We do not promise any particular result, such as less pain or better posture, and we do not owe any specific outcome. We may change, add or remove exercises, features and content at any time, and we do not guarantee that the app is always available or free of errors.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health caused by our fault, under the German Product Liability Act and where other mandatory law requires it. For slight negligence in all other cases, we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation (one whose fulfilment makes the proper use of the app possible and on which you may regularly rely), and only up to the typical damage foreseeable when the contract was made. Otherwise our liability is excluded. In particular, we are not liable for pain, strain or injury that results from ignoring the safety notes above, from continuing an exercise despite pain, or from using the app instead of seeking medical care. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
